We’re looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable Teaching Assistants to join fantastic SEN schools immediately on a flexible basis, part-time.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

✅ Previous SEN experience OR a background working in support/care roles
✅ Confident supporting children with additional needs
✅ Comfortable providing personal care when required
✅ Patient, nurturing and resilient
✅ Reliable and committed to working Monday–Friday
✅ Someone who genuinely wants to make a positive difference

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

‍ Supporting pupils with their learning and development
Providing emotional, behavioural and practical support
Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
Supporting with personal care where needed
Getting involved in activities, play and classroom learning
Helping pupils build confidence, independence and life skills

Hours: Part-Time, Monday–Friday
Duration: Flexible
Setting: SEN schools
Experience: SEN or relevant support/care experience essential
