Pay Rate: £89.83 - £98 per day (depending on experience)

Role Responsibilities – SEN / ALN Teaching Assistant
In this Teaching Assistant role, you will support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including:

Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

ADHD and attention difficulties

Anxiety and emotional regulation needs

Physical needs, including wheelchair and mobility support
You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo, providing:

1:1 SEN support and small group interventions

Classroom and behaviour support
-
Assistance with learning resources and differentiation
-
Support with social, emotional, and sensory needs

Person Specification
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant / SEN Support Worker who is:
✔️ Passionate about supporting children with SEN and ALN
✔️ Confident working with secondary-age pupils (11–16)
✔️ Patient, reliable, and adaptable
✔️ A strong communicator and team player
Previous SEN or school experience is desirable but not essential — full training and support provided.
