Some teachers follow a curriculum. You shape one. Teaching Personnel is seeking passionate SEN Teachers for specialist provisions and mainstream schools with SEN units across Crawley for the 2026/27 academic year.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
- Planning and delivering differentiated, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs
- Supporting students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, adapting strategies accordingly
- Collaborating with support staff, SENCOs, and families
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive school culture
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
- Experience in SEN settings preferred, though not essential
- Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
- A genuine passion for inclusive education and student-centred learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
