SEN Teacher – Slough | Special Educational Needs Teacher Role

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher for a rewarding opportunity in a welcoming school in Slough. SEN Teacher Responsibilities

As a SEN Teacher in Slough, you will:

  • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons as a SEN Teacher.

  • Support pupils with a range of special educational needs.

  • Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

  • Work closely with support staff, therapists and SENCOs.

  • Develop individual learning plans for pupils.

  • Monitor and track progress for pupils with additional needs.

  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning requirements as a SEN Teacher.

SEN Teacher Requirements

The successful SEN Teacher will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant SEN teaching experience.

  • Have experience working with pupils with additional needs.

  • Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

  • Be patient, empathetic and resilient.

  • Be passionate about inclusive education as a SEN Teacher.
