Job Title: SEN Teacher Needed

Location:

Salary:

£100 - £120 per day

Job Duties:

- Develop and implement individualised education plans for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

- Provide support and guidance to students with SEN in a classroom setting

- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students

- Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN

- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed

Required Qualifications:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

- Experience working with students with SEN

- Knowledge of SEN legislation and best practises

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience

Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Understanding of different learning styles and abilities

- Patience and empathy in working with students with SEN

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional training in SEN education

- Experience with assistive technology for students with SEN

Working Conditions:

- Work in a classroom setting within a school environment

- Full-time hours, temporary position

- Potential for additional training and professional development opportunities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
