Full-Time SEN Teacher Needed for a Specialist Provision – Cheam
Location: Cheam, South West London
Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term
Are you a compassionate, resilient and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding full-time role? A lovely and welcoming school in Cheam is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join their specialist provision, supporting pupils within a nurturing learning environment.

About the Role
You will be working within a specialist SEN provision based in a mainstream primary school, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD and SEMH. The provision offers a tailored learning environment, made to support pupils who benefit from smaller groups and a more personalised approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating a calm, supportive learning environment
- Supporting pupils’ emotional regulation, social development and independence
- Working closely with teaching assistants, SENCo and pastoral staff
- Implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and families

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs

- A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting every child to succeed
