Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Further Education teacher to join one of our client behaviour provisions based in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to adult learners in a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons to a high standard, using a variety of teaching methods to suit the needs of individual learners
- Prepare relevant lesson materials, including handouts, presentations, and assessments
- Evaluate learners' progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Work effectively with colleagues to ensure the smooth delivery of courses and programs
- Develop effective working relationships with external partners, such as employers and community organizations
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements
Requirements:
- A teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or Cert Ed, and a subject-specific degree or equivalent experience
- Experience of teaching in a Further Education setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of learners
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- A commitment to delivering high-quality education and enhancing the life chances of adult learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
