Position: SEN Teacher (Full-Time)

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging lessons based on the mainstream national curriculum, adapted for pupils with a range of SEN needs

  • Create inclusive and accessible learning experiences that promote independence and progress

  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and therapists to support holistic development

  • Implement strategies for emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and resilience

  • Track progress and plan interventions to support individual targets


About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification

  • Experience working with children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD etc.) is highly desirable

  • Confident in adapting mainstream curriculum content to suit diverse learning needs

  • Empathetic, patient, and committed to inclusive education

  • Able to build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues

  • Resilient, reflective, and open to continuous professional growth
