You will:

  • Teach engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEN/SEMH

  • Contribute to a nurturing, respectful, and inclusive school culture

  • Help shape learning plans for students who may require additional social, emotional, or academic support

  • Location: Secondary school in Hampshire

  • Pay: £120–£170 per day (supply); paid to scale if offered a permanent role

  • Contract Options: Work on supply initially, or be considered immediately for a permanent position

About You:

  • A fully qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent)

  • Confident in teaching across one or more secondary subject areas

  • Experienced in, or passionate about, supporting students with SEN and/or SEMH needs

  • Adaptable, calm under pressure, and resilient in a dynamic learning environment

  • Committed to giving all students the best chance to thrive academically and emotionally

This is an excellent opportunity to join a school that values staff input, is open to flexible subject specialisms, and has room for professional development and growth. If you’re ready to make a difference and want to be part of a supportive and inclusive school community, we’d love to hear from you.
