About the Role

  • Managing behaviour positively and effectively

  • Working closely with Teaching Assistants and support staff

  • Monitoring progress and providing feedback

When you apply, we take the time to understand your experience, strengths, and preferred settings so we can match you with suitable schools.

You can choose to work in:

SEN Schools – Supporting pupils with autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties, physical disabilities, medical needs, or communication challenges.

Who Can Apply?

We welcome applications from:

  • Qualified Teachers (QTS or equivalent)

  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs)

  • Teachers with mainstream experience looking to move into SEN

  • Experienced SEN teachers seeking flexible work

Experience working with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, or SEMH is beneficial but not essential. A patient, resilient, and proactive approach is key.

What We Offer

  • Flexible working – day-to-day, short-term, or long-term roles

  • Full-time or part-time options

  • Competitive daily rates (dependent on experience)

  • Term-time only roles available
