We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist school in West London supporting pupils aged 11-19 with severe and complex learning difficulties, autism, ADHD and additional communication needs.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
• Assessing progress and maintaining accurate records
• Contributing to Annual Reviews and EHCP processes
• Working closely with support staff, therapists and families
• Leading educational visits and community-based activities
• Creating a positive, structured and nurturing learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has SEND experience or a strong desire to transition into specialist education
• Understands the needs of pupils with autism and complex learning difficulties
• Is resilient, adaptable and able to build positive relationships
• Works effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Brings enthusiasm, patience and creativity to the classroom
