SEN Teacher – Day-to-Day & Full-Time Opportunities
Specialist Education Setting | Surrey

We are working in partnership with a specialist education provider to recruit committed and passionate SEN Teachers for both day-to-day supply and full-time positions.

This role is ideal for teachers who are motivated to support pupils with complex learning needs, including autism and communication difficulties, within a structured, nurturing and inclusive environment


The Role:

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Plan and adapt learning in line with EHCP targets
Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists and support staff
Support pupils’ social, emotional and behavioural development
✍️ Monitor progress and contribute to reviews and assessments


The Ideal Candidate:

✨ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
✨ Experience teaching pupils with SEN, ASD or complex needs (desirable)
✨ Calm, resilient and adaptable approach to teaching
✨ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✨ Passion for inclusive and child-centred education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
