The Position

Candidate Profile

• Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have previous SEN teaching experience.
• Be organised and adaptable.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom practice.
• Build strong professional relationships.
• Be resilient, patient and enthusiastic.
• Be ready to hit the ground running.
