Teaching Personnel is recruiting an accomplished SEN Teacher for a full-time position based within a specialist provision in Frome.
Starting in September 2026, with flexibility for an earlier commencement, this opportunity is perfect for an experienced educator ready to make an immediate impact.
We are seeking someone who can confidently integrate into an established team, deliver engaging learning experiences and build meaningful relationships with pupils who require tailored educational support.
The Position

Candidate Profile
- Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have previous SEN teaching experience.
- Be organised and adaptable.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom practice.
- Build strong professional relationships.
- Be resilient, patient and enthusiastic.
- Be ready to hit the ground running.
