Job description

Inspire Achievement Through Specialist Teaching

Teaching Personnel is recruiting an outstanding SEN Teacher for a full-time position within a specialist educational setting in Frome.

This role offers the chance to deliver meaningful learning experiences for pupils with additional needs while working within a highly supportive multidisciplinary environment.

 

About the Role

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning profiles. Working closely with support staff, therapists and families, you will help create an environment where every learner can flourish.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Understanding of SEND strategies
  • Ability to adapt learning approaches
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
  • Passion for helping learners reach their full potential
