Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
• Work closely with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and external professionals.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of pupil development.
• Engage with parents and carers to support holistic learning and wellbeing.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
• Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and interventions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
