Term-Time Only | Full-Time & Part-Time | No Weekends | Flexible Day-to-Day Supply

Are you a fully qualified teacher passionate about supporting pupils with a range of complex needs?
Teaching Personnel is seeking skilled, nurturing, and resilient SEND Teachers to work across specialist and mainstream settings in Cambridge, supporting children with ASD, ADHD, complex learning needs, communication difficulties, and associated challenges.

Whether you're looking for a stable full-time role or flexible day-to-day assignments, we have opportunities suited to your experience and availability.

Hours typically run from 8:30am–3:30pm, though this can vary slightly depending on the school. No weekend work — enjoy a healthy work–life balance!

The Ideal Candidate Will:

✅ Be a Fully Qualified Teacher (QTS / QTLS)
✅ Have experience working with ASD, ADHD, complex needs, or similar SEND settings
✅ Hold a valid Enhanced Child Only DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
✅ Be patient, adaptable, proactive, and confident supporting pupils with diverse needs
✅ Be passionate about inclusion and committed to helping every child reach their potential
