Job description

Primary Teacher – SEN School (North Manchester)

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young learners?
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a welcoming SEN school in North Manchester, where every child is supported to thrive and develop their unique strengths.

The Role

  • Plan, deliver, and adapt engaging lessons for primary-aged pupils with additional and complex needs.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment that encourages growth and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team committed to inclusive education.

Essential Requirements

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
✔ Experience working with vulnerable children or adults
✔ Full availability during school hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm

Preferred Skills

  • Experience teaching primary-aged SEN students
  • Strong behaviour management strategies
  • A proactive, resilient, and compassionate approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
