Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Salary: Competitive Daily Rate / Paid to Scale

Teaching Personnel is working alongside a specialist SEN and SEMH provision in Bridgend to recruit enthusiastic and ambitious graduate teachers who are ready to begin their teaching journey.

About the School
The provision supports pupils aged 6-19 years with a range of additional learning needs, including:
- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- ADHD
- Learning difficulties and additional learning needs (ALN)
- Behavioural and emotional challenges
- Communication and interaction needs

The Opportunity
As a Graduate Teacher with QTS, you will:
- Deliver engaging and tailored lessons that meet individual pupil needs.
- Support students who may face barriers to learning.
- Develop your behaviour management and classroom leadership skills.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
- Work closely with experienced teachers, SEN specialists, and support staff.
- Help students develop confidence, independence, and resilience.
- Gain specialist SEN and SEMH experience that will strengthen your long-term teaching career.
Whether your goal is to progress within mainstream education, specialist education, pastoral leadership, or SEN teaching, this role will provide invaluable experience and professional development.
