Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting an experienced SEN Teacher to work in specialist and mainstream school settings across East London.

This role is suitable for a passionate, dedicated teacher with experience supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning needs.

Role responsibilities

• Planning and delivering inclusive, differentiated lessons
• Supporting pupils with a variety of SEN, including complex needs
• Working collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals
• Monitoring progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs

Essential requirements

To be considered, you must:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be qualified to teach in England
• Have previous SEN teaching experience (specialist or mainstream)
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
• Be resilient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education
