Are you an experienced Support Worker, Care Worker or SEN professional looking to take your experience into a secondary school environment?
We are recruiting caring, resilient and committed SEN Support Workers to work across specialist secondary schools in Aylesbury, supporting young people with a range of additional needs.
We’re looking for:
- Previous SEN experience OR support work/care experience
- Comfortable and confident supporting with personal care
- Available 5 days a week
- A patient, calm and nurturing approach
- Someone looking for a long-term or permanent position
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young people
The role:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support
- Supporting students with learning, communication and development
- Helping young people manage emotional and behavioural needs
- Supporting with personal care and daily routines
- Promoting independence, confidence and life skills
- Working closely with teachers and the wider SEN team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
