SEN Primary Teacher - Trafford

Full-Time | September Start | Teaching Personnel

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Primary Teacher looking to make a real difference? Teaching Personnel is recruiting for a rewarding full-time opportunity in the Trafford area, starting in September.

You will support pupils with a range of complex SEN needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), ADHD, communication needs, and sensory processing difficulties. This is a fantastic opportunity to positively impact the lives of children who require tailored, nurturing support to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and parents to support pupil progress.
  • Implement EHCP targets and monitor pupil development.
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with SEN, ideally within a specialist or SEND setting.
  • Strong understanding of autism, learning difficulties, and inclusive teaching strategies.
  • Patient, compassionate, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for every child.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
