About the Roles
Teaching Personnel is recruiting SEN Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and Support Assistants to work across a range of specialist SEN and SEMH schools throughout Farnborough and Hampshire.
You will be supporting children and young people with a variety of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and complex needs, helping them access education in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
Available Roles & Pay

Support Assistants / Teaching Assistants: £13.75 per hour

Qualified Teachers (QTS required): Paid to scale
Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group support
-
Assist with learning activities and emotional regulation
-
Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

Support behaviour management strategies
About You
-
Experience working with children or young people with SEN or SEMH
-
QTS required for teaching roles
-
Previous TA or support experience desirableCalm, empathetic, and adaptable approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
