Job description

Teaching Personnel are looking for Teaching Assistants that have experience working with students with SEMH and Challenging Behaviour.

We are looking for people that have experience working with varied year groups and varied SEN such as Autism, SEMH and MLD. 

Here at Teaching Personnel we pride ourself on high quality staff and we also give you the oppurtunity to further your skills by offering additional CPD such as Team Teach and Autism Awareness. 

The ideal candidate: 

  • Experience with students with SEN such as SEMH, Autism and Challenging Behaviour 
  • A background in Education, Youth Work or Residential Work
  • Previous experience working with a variety of ages from Primary through to Secondary 
  • Experience with Pastoral Support including mentoring 
  • A Child Workforce DBS registered to the update service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
