The ideal candidate will be an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant who can build excellent working relationships and is proactive.
The pupil is currently in Year 6 and the head teacher has decided to provide the child with a 1-1 Teaching Assistant to aid progression in the run up to SATs.
The child is high functioning and can easily become frustrated and lash out if unable to complete work set therefore Team Teach training would be desirable to deescalate any potential flare up before this occurs.

To be considered for the position you must:
- Be able to show patience and empathy
- Experience supporting children with very challenging behaviour
- Youth work/PRU experience
