Job description
SEMH Secondary Teacher
We are recruiting a dedicated and resilient SEMH Secondary Teacher to join a supportive specialist setting where young people are given the structure, care and consistency they need to succeed. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about making a real difference for pupils who may have struggled in mainstream education and need a more personalised approach.

- Experience teaching in secondary settings (mainstream or specialist)
- A calm, resilient and reflective approach to behaviour and wellbeing
- Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEMH needs
