Pay Rate: £89.38 per day

Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic, dedicated Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Swansea, Carmarthen, Llanelli and Ammanford.

What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals with backgrounds such as:
- Youth Work
- Childcare / Nursery Work
- Sociology / Education / Psychology
- Support Work
- Sports Coaching
- Or any role working with children, young people or vulnerable groups
You must be confident using Welsh in an educational setting, as you will be supporting pupils through the medium of Welsh.

Role Responsibilities
- Supporting teachers in delivering lessons through Welsh
- Helping pupils with classwork, literacy and numeracy
- Providing 1:1 or small group support
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assisting with classroom preparation, behaviour support and general learning activities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
