About the Role
Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Future Teachers to collaborate with experienced teaching professionals in secondary schools across Carmarthenshire. This role is ideal for graduates or aspiring teachers eager to gain practical classroom experience prior to commencing formal teacher training.
You will assist in supporting teaching and learning across a variety of subjects, help manage classrooms, work with small groups or individual pupils, and develop the essential skills required for a successful career in education.
Due to travel between local schools, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Essential Requirements

A degree (or currently working towards one)

A genuine passion for pursuing a teaching career

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to work across a range of secondary schools in Carmarthenshire

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle

Right to work in the UK
