Secondary Sports Leader
Location: Secondary Schools across Cardiff
Pay: £100–£115 per day
✨ Immediate and September start
Hours: 08:30-15:30 / 6.5 hours per day (Term time only)

Teaching Personnel is offering an exciting opportunity for passionate, motivated individuals to support students of all abilities in both sports and classroom environments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with PE lessons, general curriculum classes, and extracurricular sports clubs
- Leading and supporting small group activities tailored to different needs and abilities
- Developing leadership, coaching, and classroom management skills in a real-world setting
- Gaining hands-on experience in inclusive education and youth engagement
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently studying for or holding a degree in a sports-related subject
- A genuine passion for helping children grow in confidence through sport
- Strong communication and classroom management abilities
- Previous coaching or leadership experience (desirable but not required)

Requirements:
- Willingness to complete all necessary training
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (we can help you obtain this)
- Registration with the EWC (guidance provided)
- Two references
- Ability to commute to schools in the Cardiff area

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
