We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary School Teachers to join a welcoming and supportive school in Shaftesbury. Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

Assess, monitor and support students' progress through effective feedback and intervention.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to curriculum development and wider school initiatives.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for inspiring secondary-aged students.

Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and engage learners.

A proactive and reflective approach to teaching, learning and continuous professional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
