Maths Teacher – Secondary Schools | Camberley | September Start

Shape the future through mathematics

We are looking for passionate and committed Maths Teachers to join welcoming secondary schools in and around Camberley for a September start. Whether you're an experienced teacher looking for your next opportunity or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) beginning your career, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

  • Teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4, with Key Stage 5 opportunities available in some schools.

  • Plan and deliver engaging, challenging lessons that inspire students to develop confidence and achieve their full potential.

  • Monitor, assess, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages academic success and a love of mathematics.

  • Contribute to the wider school community through departmental collaboration, parents' evenings, and extracurricular activities where appropriate.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

  • A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

  • A genuine passion for teaching and helping students succeed.

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
