Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work in a variety of secondary schools across Bradford.

If you have previous experience working within UK schools and are passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential, we'd love to hear from you! ✨

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

✅ Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
✅ Assist pupils with additional learning and SEN needs
✅ Encourage engagement, confidence and positive behaviour in lessons
✅ Work closely with teachers to help students reach their potential
✅ Provide academic and emotional support where required
✅ Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

‍ Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

✔️ Have previous experience working within UK schools
✔️ Be confident supporting secondary-aged pupils
✔️ Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Be passionate about education and helping young people succeed
✔️ Be able to provide references covering your recent employment history

DBS Requirement

All applicants must hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new DBS through Teaching Personnel.

If you do not currently have a valid DBS, you must be willing to cover the cost of obtaining one as part of the safer recruitment process.
