Secondary School Cover Supervisor – Bradford

Are you confident, resilient, and ready to step into the classroom? We are currently recruiting a Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools across Bradford on a supply basis with Teaching Personnel! ✨

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced school support staff or graduates looking to build on their classroom experience.

Location: Bradford
Contract: Flexible Supply Work (Full-time / Part-time / Day-to-day)
Pay: Competitive daily rates

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • ‍ Supervise full classes in the absence of the teacher
  • Deliver pre-set work and keep students on task
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Support students with their learning where required
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff on progress and behaviour

Essential Requirements (PLEASE READ):

  • Previous experience working in UK secondary schools is ESSENTIAL
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • ️ Confident leading students aged 11–16
  • Reliable, flexible, and professional approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
