Passionate Science Teacher Needed 

We're recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-respected secondary school in Dudley (DY1) seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Whether you specialise in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or are a confident General Science Teacher, this school offers a supportive environment where both staff and students are encouraged to succeed.

The Role

As a Science Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Inspire curiosity through practical and interactive learning.
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that challenge and motivate students.
  • Assess progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
  • Work alongside an experienced and supportive Science department.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or equivalent.
  • A degree in a Science-related subject.
  • Experience teaching Science at secondary level.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
