Science Teacher (Full-Time)
Start Date: Easter Term
Location: Windlesham
We are looking to appoint an inspiring and dedicated Science Teacher to join our progressive and nurturing specialist education setting from the Easter term. This is a full-time opportunity for a teacher who believes science should be exciting, relevant and accessible to every learner.
About the Role
As our Science Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Science lessons to students working towards GCSE and Functional Skills qualifications
-
Differentiate learning to meet a wide range of individual needs, ensuring all students can achieve and make progress
-
Foster a structured, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
-
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and the wider school community
-
Contribute positively to the wider life and ethos of the school
About You
We are seeking someone who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
-
Has experience teaching GCSE Science and/or Functional Skills (or demonstrates strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver these effectively)
-
Is adaptable, resilient and committed to supporting students with diverse and additional needs
-
Demonstrates strong behaviour management and clear, confident communication skills
-
Is passionate about helping young people build confidence and succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
