Are you a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher looking for a new opportunity from September?

We are seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our secondary school in Weymouth. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is committed to inspiring young people and helping students develop a curiosity and enthusiasm for the world of science.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons across the Science curriculum, supporting students to achieve their potential while developing their knowledge, confidence and practical skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

  • Creating a positive and engaging learning environment

  • Encouraging students to explore, question and develop a love of science

  • Supporting students of all abilities to make progress

  • Contributing to the wider life of the school and department

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about teaching and inspiring young people

  • Has strong subject knowledge and a creative approach to learning

  • Builds positive relationships with students and colleagues

  • Is committed to achieving excellent outcomes for all learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
