Our client secondary secondary school based within Salford are looking for an individual to join their science department teaching pupils across KS3 and GCSE.

  • Full-time science teacher
  • September 2024 start
  • Must hold subject specific qualifications within science
  • Paid to teaching scale (£30,000 - £43,685)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare and deliver inclusive and differentiated Science lesson
  • Manage behaviour in accordance with school behaviour policies
  • Monitor and evaluate pupils class work and report back to senior staff
  • Full marking and teaching responsibilities

The school is based within Salford and is easily accessible via the M61, M62 A580 ad A57 from surrounding areas of Greater Manchester. Candidates applying who do not drive, the school is also accessible via public transport from areas surrounding Manchester.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
