QTS Science Teacher Opportunities – September Start

Calling All Science Teachers!

With September fast approaching, we have a range of exciting opportunities for qualified Science Teachers (QTS) across several welcoming and high-achieving secondary schools in Oldham, Rochdale, and North Manchester.

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated educators who can inspire the next generation of scientists. The Role

As a Science Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and informative Science lessons that bring the subject to life.
  • Inspire curiosity and critical thinking, helping students understand and appreciate the world around them.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that support student progress and achievement.
  • Prepare students for examinations and coursework, enabling them to reach their full potential.
  • Foster a lifelong interest in Science through innovative and interactive teaching approaches.

  • Competitive salary: £32,000 - £47,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Requirements:

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience teaching Science at secondary level.
  • Possess excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Hold a degree in a relevant scientific subject.
  • Be passionate about raising attainment and inspiring young people to succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
