Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging science lessons
- Create a positive learning environment
- Assess and evaluate student progress
- Provide constructive feedback to students
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Science or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum for Science
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in Science Education
- Experience with STEM education
Working Conditions:
Part-Time position with flexible hours. Work in a school setting with access to resources and support from colleagues.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
