Science Teacher (Biology, Chemistry or Physics)
Location: Haslemere / Godalming, Surrey
Start Date: September
Contract: Full-Time (Permanent and Long-Term Opportunities Available)
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher with QTS looking for a new opportunity this September?

Secondary schools in the Haslemere and Godalming areas are seeking enthusiastic Science Teachers to join successful departments and inspire the next generation of scientists. Applications are welcomed from experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

The Role

  • Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Opportunity to teach Biology, Chemistry or Physics at KS5, depending on specialism and experience
  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons
  • Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and department

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in a Science-related subject
  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
  • Commitment to raising achievement and supporting student development
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a successful Science team
