School Admin Assistant – WN6

We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to work in a friendly and supportive school based in the WN6 area.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy school environment and supporting staff, pupils, and parents.

The Role:

• Providing general administrative support to the school office

• Answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally

• Managing attendance, pupil records, and data entry

• Supporting reception duties and welcoming visitors

• Assisting senior staff with day-to-day administrative tasks

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous admin experience (school experience desirable but not essential)

• Confident using IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office)

• Well organised with strong attention to detail

• Friendly, professional, and able to work as part of a team

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
