KS2 SATs Intervention Teacher – Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)
Location: Bolton (BL5)
Start Date: May | End Date: End of Academic Year
Pay: From £110 per day 

Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 SATs Intervention Teacher to support a primary school in the BL5 area of Bolton during the crucial summer term.

This role is to begin in May and will run until the end of the academic year. The position is full-time; however, the school may consider part-time hours for the right candidate.

The Role:

  • Deliver targeted SATs interventions to Key Stage 2 pupils, focusing on raising attainment in core subjects (English and Maths)
  • Work with small groups and individuals to close learning gaps ahead of assessments
  • Monitor pupil progress and adapt support strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with class teachers and senior leaders to ensure effective intervention delivery
  • Create engaging and supportive learning environments to boost pupil confidence

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT)
  • Have experience teaching or supporting within Key Stage 2
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and SATs expectations
  • Be flexible, proactive, and able to quickly build rapport with pupils
  • Have a passion for supporting pupils to achieve their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
