Job Advert – NQT Reception Teacher | CF3 Cardiff | Full Time | September Start

We are working with a welcoming and nurturing Primary School in the CF3 area of Cardiff, seeking a dedicated NQT Reception Teacher to join their team full-time from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher looking to complete their induction year in a supportive and calm school environment, where staff wellbeing and child-centred approaches are prioritised.

The Role:

• Full-time Reception class teacher role

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the Foundation Phase

• Foster strong relationships with children, staff, and parents

• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning space

• Collaborate with the Early Years team and participate in whole-school activities

About You:

• Newly Qualified Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

• A passion for Early Years education

• A nurturing, patient and calm approach to teaching

• Ability to build positive relationships and create a safe, engaging classroom

• Strong communication and organisational skills
