Job Title: Qualified Tutor
Location: Bedford
Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students
- Assess students' learning needs and develop personalised learning plans
- Provide academic support in various subjects to help students achieve their educational goals
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
- Excellent knowledge of the UK education system
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching or tutoring experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of different learning styles
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using educational technology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Specialist subject knowledge

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
