Job Title: Qualified Tutor

Location: Bedford

Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students
  • Assess students' learning needs and develop personalised learning plans
  • Provide academic support in various subjects to help students achieve their educational goals
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK education system

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of teaching or tutoring experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of different learning styles
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using educational technology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Specialist subject knowledge

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
