Level 3 Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our Cambridgeshire team; Supporting schools within the Cambridgeshire area. About the Role:

• Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
• Location: Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas
• Contract Type: Full-time, temporary

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons across the curriculum.
• Assisting individual students or small groups with their learning, helping them overcome challenges.
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Helping students with additional needs and ensuring their full participation in activities.
• Preparing learning resources and supporting classroom organisation.
• Monitoring student progress and communicating regularly with the teacher.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a primary school setting, ideally with Key Stage 1 or 2.
• A passion for helping children achieve their potential and supporting their development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and staff.
• An understanding of child development and the ability to adapt to individual student needs.
• Ability and willingness to travel between schools.
