Pupil Buddy Opportunities – Brighton

Are you a bubbly, vibrant individual who thrives on building meaningful relationships and making a genuine impact? We are proud to be working exclusively with a highly regarded SEND school in Brighton, who have built a fantastic, long-standing relationship with Teaching Personnel.

This exceptional school is now seeking dedicated Pupil Buddies to support their primary and secondary pupils with Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).

The Role:
As a Pupil Buddy, your primary focus will be to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils. The school firmly believes that respect, connection, and companionship are at the heart of every child’s progress.

You will support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them to feel safe, engaged, and supported throughout their school day.

Key Details:

  • Location: Brighton
  • Pay: £360–£400 per week
  • Contract: Temp to Perm
  • Hours: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)
  • Travel: Easily accessible via public transport
  • DBS Requirement: Child Only Enhanced DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
