Pay: £130–£251 per day (depending on experience)

The Role

• Deliver engaging and well-planned Psychology lessons to students at Key Stage 3 and 4.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where students can thrive.
• Assess, monitor, and support student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils and encourage academic success.
• Foster students' critical thinking, analytical skills, and understanding of psychological theories and research.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to promote outstanding educational outcomes.
• Uphold high expectations for behaviour, attendance, and achievement.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Psychology within a secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A thorough understanding of the Psychology curriculum and examination requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping every student reach their potential.
