The Role

As a Psychology Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Psychology lessons that inspire curiosity and academic success
• Teach Psychology across Key Stages 4 and 5, with opportunities in Key Stage 3 where applicable
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing targeted support where needed
• Encourage critical thinking, independent learning, and a deeper understanding of psychological concepts
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the department

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Psychology within a secondary school or sixth-form setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for Psychology and a commitment to raising student achievement
• The ability to motivate and engage learners of varying abilities
