Psychology Graduate – Primary & Secondary Schools (Wigan)

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Psychology Graduates to work in primary and secondary schools across Wigan. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in a school setting, supporting students with additional needs, mental health challenges, and behaviour management.

Role Overview:

• Provide classroom support to students with special educational needs (SEN) and behavioural needs.
• Assist in implementing intervention strategies to support mental well-being.
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to create a positive learning environment.
• Gain hands-on experience in child development, education psychology, and behaviour management.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Psychology (or a related subject).
• A passion for working with children and young people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in schools or with young people (desirable but not essential).
