We are excited to offer Teaching Assistant roles in schools across Hull, specifically designed for Psychology Graduates who want to build a meaningful career in education, SEND support, mental health, or future training pathways such as Educational Psychology.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting students with learning, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing

  • Applying your psychology insights to help create positive, engaging classroom environments

  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams

  • Helping young people build confidence, resilience, and learning strategies

  • Gaining invaluable experience that looks fantastic on postgraduate applications

Pay: £90–£110 per day (depending on experience)

Location: Schools across Hull

Safeguarding: All roles require an Enhanced DBS check (we can support you with the process if you don’t currently have one)

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field

  • A genuine passion for supporting young people

  • Strong communication, empathy, and resilience

  • A proactive, positive, and patient approach

  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow professionally

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
