As a Turnaround Project Practitioner, you will:

Deliver short-term, intensive interventions on a one-to-one basis

Support young people aged secondary school age who need immediate, targeted support

Focus on emotional wellbeing, behaviour, engagement and learning readiness

Contribute to personalised plans that support reintegration and long-term success
-
Work full-time with an immediate start

Drive to the setting due to its location

What We’re Looking For

Experience supporting young people with complex emotional, behavioural or additional needs

Confident, calm and solution-focused approach

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
