Job description

As a Turnaround Project Practitioner, you will:

  • Deliver short-term, intensive interventions on a one-to-one basis

  • Support young people aged secondary school age who need immediate, targeted support

  • Focus on emotional wellbeing, behaviour, engagement and learning readiness

  • Contribute to personalised plans that support reintegration and long-term success

  • Work full-time with an immediate start

  • Drive to the setting due to its location

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting young people with complex emotional, behavioural or additional needs

  • Confident, calm and solution-focused approach

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
